AOR not received

My paper application for citizenship was received by IRCC on April 5th. Yesterday, IRCC started sending AORs to applications received the week of April 6th. I haven’t received my AOR.

Does this mean my application is on the way back to me?

When I check online using my UCI, it says that my application was received on April 5, and nothing more.

It will come, sometimes it may take longer to receive the email

There's a very wide range of timelines. Some people get their AOR in a few weeks, others in a few months. And it's not a first in first out thing (neither for a specific step like AOR, nor for the whole process).
No-one can say that your application won't be returned to you, but we can say that IRCC starting to have a look at the April 6 apps is in no way indicative of anything regarding yours.
