AOR not Received, DD en-cashed 4 weeks Before.

Hello friends, I am really worried, my application was received by CIO more than 70 days before. My DD is en-cashed more than 4 weeks before. No signs of AOR, no email no post mail. I dont know Whats happening. if any one got the same experience please share.

DD encashed means case is approved. Aor will be on the way. Wait for this week if does not get any repsonse email them?

Hi, I wanted to place my concern on record too on the same topic. My brother applied almost 3 months ago and sent across DD for CAD$ which was realized within 1.5 months period but till date no sign of AOR? I tend to notice while going thru posts on the forum that from the past some time, it is usually taking a long time to get the 1st AOR. Is it due to the enormous workload built up in recent times since people might have flooded their applications to CIO in fear of rules change etc.

Secondly, I looked for some contact number or email address pertaining to CIO to inquire about status, but could not find it anywhere not even in previous threads. Would appreciate if some one can share info. Thanks

Is there any chances of application returned due to some mistake after DD en-cashed.
Secondly, my VisaOffice was Islamabad Before which is now changed to London. Does this make any difference. Almost all other february applicants have received their AOR's.

Do a search in your mail box. In spam folder, trash etc, search for "CIC"

email, and email came into spam folder. make is visible or recievable spam emails too. even you will get copy in post also. I dont know I got both copy 1) email and 2) in post to my address.

You should write an postmail to CIO NS immediately.
I dont know about the pobability to re-send email. and in may cases they dont sent any regular mail if they sent you email.
In alternative way if you think that the email is missing somehoe, then please send an email to you respective Visa office where u suppose to send your copy of application.
I am not senior. let see senior comments.

The same thing happened with me, Just email to cic and ask them for your application status. As already many days has been passed email them urgently without any delay. I have lost my 70 days out of 120 days for filing full application, but with help of all forum members here I have sent my full application before time as well.

They sent mail or Hard Copies for Approval but sometimes they might be lost on way.

According to my experience DD encashed means application approved, I thought it already approved on the day od DD encashed
Don't Worry. Just get ready with your papers and file your full documents as soon as possible.

You should send a mail to CIO sydney, NS. The address is same as the first address where u already sent by courier or regular mail. If CHC london is your visa office then just send an email to CHC london provided your name , your mailing address and any other identification (PP number etc)

look at that !!!!!!!!! Canada1234... he is the odd one in the period b/w 1st to 16th....the only guy w/o AOR..

to make it stranger.. me and my 2 sisters also got our app. recieved on the SAME DAY (((Feb 9th))).. and till now nothing.. no email no post .. just nothing

i donno weather my DD has been encashed or not.. i opened a case with HSBC canada but they didnt reply yet....


can somebody explain to me whats going on?????????!!!!! i want to know what happened with the CIO on that day ..Feb 9th !!!!!!!!
