AOR not Received, DD en-cashed 4 weeks Before.

I have tried to mail to CIO fsw-centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca, but no response.
Can anybody tell me If I want to contact CIC London [my VisaOffice] will they reply. Might be they have been transfered my case from CIO and they can give me AOR/File NO. CIC London has one email address for general public enquiries and the other one is CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY.
Kindly suggesst where should I contact.
 
personally, i think you should immediately contact your visa office which is london because cio nova scotia doesn't answer to that email address. send to your visa office an email or try to give them a call. tell them that cio has taken your money x days ago but you haven't received aor yet. tell them that you are concerned about your application, you are afraid that your 120 will expire, bla bla...if you are not eligible they are not allowed to take your money. so, contact them asap. i'm am very curious what their answer will be.
 
CIO rcvd my application on the jan 4th
my CC was charged on the feb 28th
TO THIS DATE no AOR.............IT HAS BEEN over 2 months since CC was charged

wth...i even sent a mail sometime in march and i have not rcvd any reply...these guys are turtleeees

Have send post mail to CIO sydney.
 
here is what i did so far:

1. sent email to CIC canada --> no response
2. sent enquiry to VO (london, UK) --> no response
3. told a friend in canada to call CIC hotline ---> the operate transfer him to someone where the phone just gets shut after a while.. tried multiple times, same result
4. tried to call CIC hotline from UAE using skype, it rings twice and then the call drops.. tried multiple times but i donno where is the problem (maybe it really must be in canada to do this)...

what is next.. what i can do more.. send a mail to them... but gullo already did so.. and he didnt get a response...

!!!
