I ordered online myself on cic website and requested the electronic notes to be sent via email.... any idea how long it takes? and would ordering yourself, directly from cic and requesting electronic notes via email be faster than other methods?

It usually takes about a month, Some people received the notes after 3 weeks. All the best :)

Hi everyone,
Bumping the thread up and asking all those who have not yet filled in the spreadsheet may do so, by clicking on the form link below.
Also, if anyone has any development in their file progress let me know about the changes to be made.

Thanks a Lot !

FINALLY I FOUND MY GROUP :) :) :)

I'm a AOR MAY 2016, here is my timeline.

ITA: 03/23/16
Medical upfront (05/02): passed
eApplication submitted: 05/08/16
Paid upfront: 05/08
AOR: 05/08/16
Eligibility: in progress
Background Check: Progress 05/18
Additional docs requested: 05/18
Submitted CELPIP: 05/19
Additional docs requested: 06/14
Submitted: 06/20
Background Check: Progress (since 05/18)

I haven't received any information after, nothing has changes! I'm wondering how much longer it will take to get my passport requested? I try not to check CIC website too often (just in case that affect the processing time)

Give me your feedback, I want my PPR soon!!!

Good luck to everyone!

Hello Everyone!!!

Just a quick update and a little bit of my observation :P

Currently Feb AOR are receiving their PPR, latest one to receive PPR is Feb 23 AOR.
Feb had 2989 ITA's which is almost similar to Jar ITA's so the processing time is longer as the number of applications are more. There is big dip in number of ITA's in consecutive months (Mar : 2027, Apr: 1972, May: 1562 and so on) so to my understanding the processing time will significantly reduce once the Feb ITA's are done.
So to cut the story short, we can expect some progress for PNP, CEC and FSW soon in MAY AOR group!!!

All the very best everyone!!!!
Cheers :) :)

We just have to wait patiently. The above update regarding Feb ITA's give us a little hope to see changes on May AOR.

All the best :)

Just a quick correction: In January there were three rounds of invitation: 1518 ITAs, 1463 ITAs and 1,468 ITAs. Total: 4449 ITAs to be processed for January people.

You are right about February, close to 3k ITAs. March has pretty much half of ITAs, comparing to January: 2027, as you said.

So, we should expect faster processing for March people. Hopefully! :)

My understanding is that what counts is the number of AORs in a given month rather than the number of ITAs. As far as I observed, January ITAs mostly got their AORs in February or in March, and FEB AORs mostly got their AORs in March and April.

This is my opinion. Hope this is not too pessimistic.
