Yes, you are right. But since we do not have concrete facts on when AORs were taken, it's easier to conjecture on ITAs.CAD_CAD said:My understanding is that what counts is the number of AORs in a given month rather than the number of ITAs. This is my opinion. Hope this is not too pessimistic.
ITAs have 60 days to be answered, so, best case: AOR same month as ITA. Worst case: AORs 2 months post ITA.
Considering one month difference seems reasonable.
