Thanks again bro.
Another question: I just going through my notes a little deeply this time and found that under Admissibilities -> Security section on page 35-36 on my notes, Security:1 and just below that some details about security check I found that the Due Date is mentioned as 2017/06/22 ( ??? a full year, could you confirm about it, please).

Also a found some codes written on right hand side of my notes like :
s.19(1), Page 5, section Client Details and Party details.
s.16(1)(c), Page 53, section Fees/ESDC/Associations.
s.16(1)(c), Page 54, page mostly blank but in end have sections Groups and History.
s.16(1)(c), Page 75, Notes 14 section but Text is blank....

So could you please clarify what these codes means. It will really help in understanding more about GCMS notes and would make us better prepared next time when ordering another set....
I would really appreciate if you can explain these things in details and would it be some kind of impact on the application.
Will wait for your reply.

Thanks again...
Best ~~

reposting my orig post from understanding gcms notes....for the benefit of others on Sumits insistence...you guys will see a lot of these as Sumit has seen them on his notes and is concerned them...well, firstly, dont be concerned..pretty normal to see.. anyway, heres my post..

lazybone said:
true...it is S.15(c)
if you have ordered notes and your a11.2 is met...then you will still see s.19(1) on top right hand corner of the a11.2 analyst recommendation surely...
here is some information you might useful....

Section 19 - Personal Information

The Provision:

19(1) Subject to subsection (2), the head of a government institution shall refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains personal information as defined in section 3 of the Privacy Act.

(if you see this...nothing to worry about...you are good to go; the govt basically withholds personal info under this section)

Section 16 - Law Enforcement & Investigations - Security

16(1)(c)

information the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to be injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any such information

(if you see this....there is an issue with security)

Section 15-International affairs and defence

15. (1) The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains information the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to be injurious to the conduct of international affairs, the defence of Canada or any state allied or associated with Canada or the detection, prevention or suppression of subversive or hostile activities, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any such information

(if you see this- s.15(c) security is cleared/ongoing)

Hope this helps!
DONT go by orig post..that what i had researched then...my understanding is different now...first, these sections are normal to see..

heres the gist..what they will hide under what section

s 19...information related to you

s 21...information related to them

s 15...(always hidden)..security related

s 16...third party verification..

I have had a long call with Sumit regarding these and other issues that ensure your success in Canada....if you have questions, contact Sumit...

There is a section called 22...ask aussiegirl from your thread...she can advise..I helped her regarding those concerns long back on this thread...

Hope this clarifies this for all those are concerned :)

Dear Sumit,

Can you please share your understandings in general on GCMS codes based on your discussion with lazybone? This will definitely help a lot others who had ordered GCMS recently.

Also, We have seen many 16 (c) 1 section in your note, which as stated by lazybone, is for 3rd party verification. Do you have any suspects guess on your info about why CIC VO raised those on your application?

Thanks.

Hi lazybone brother,

Hope you're fine. Every one of us have unique features in life which is different from others. By saying suspect, I meant, suppose I have military service employment in my career which might lead the security verification to further processing. I have also heard being a govt employee also leads to additional verification etc.

So, I just asked if sumit have any unique side of his application he can guess which may lead to extra security verification. That's it.

Oh! I'm chilling bro.
