For PCC - if you have stayed in any country for more than 6 months (180 days) cummulative, you need a PCC for that country. Irrespective of the fact, whether you visited that country for less than a month or a week but if first statement above is true, you must get PCC for that country otherwise your eAPR will be rejected - Period.gaurang.parmar said:Thanks for quick links but after going in details for each section query for PCC.
I have visited XYZ country on Visitor VISA for business purpose 10 time in between 2010 to 2012 so it total time is 191 days (more than 6 months). Any visit to that country is not more than one month as Visa on Arrival is for one month only.
As per above please correct my understanding,
From 1st stmt - As I am not living in that country and I have not stayed any time for more than 1 month so I do not require to have PCC from XYZ country.
From 2nd stmt - It is mandatory if I have reside in any country total more than 6 months.
So it is total confusing. Please any one help me to guide in this case.
Next step is PPR and timeline is quite unpredictable. As with your case, schedule A and RPRF have come quite quickly - usual time frame for such request is anytime between 2 - 4 months. There has been a similar case in May AOR group where applicant received PPr within a month from ADVO.joyaman said:AOR 09 june
schedule A request 15 june
medical passed 15 june
RPRF request - 17 june
And now - no update from CIC...
any body confirm, what will be the next step and time line for further further process...
