I think only inland applicants have received their PPR yet.

I haven't come across any Outland July AOR who has received PPR(especially from NDVO)

Hi, my friend applied for PR from Bangladesh (they are Bangladeshi National). They are currently residing in Kosovo. Kosovo does not sent VFS center which can sent their passports to SGVO (Singapore Visa office). The next option is to sent through DHL. Their time to sent passport is till Jan 7th. Is the received date very strict? IF they are sending through DHL and they are a few dates late will it be acceptable? Also, how safe is sending through DHL?
