Same here...PNP outland, AOR 29th January. My file was transferred to the local visa office (Bucharest) on 5th May and this is the last update. Since then nothing... I am wondering if there is a sense to order new GCSM notes.

Hey guys,
Like everybody else I'm waiting too for an update. Meanwhile I'm curious to know regarding the processing if one is an Outland applicant.(Especially in case of India )

From guys who have received the GCMS notes, I'm curious to know if
a) the review of documents is it done by Canadian office. Yes it happens at CIO and CPC-Ottawa and thn the file is transferred to NDVO
b) which part of the review is done in ND-Visa(in case of India) office?(Criminality checks...etc). Security check happens at NDVO. Criminality check happens at CIO.

or is it the case that for Outland applicants, the entire review of documents and other checks are done in the local visa office and the final decision is take by the office in canada?

I got the PPR on 21 June 2016. I got married on may 9th. Can i add wife now in the process after PPR? i had intimated CPC on june 3rd about change in martial status but received no reply.

What is better wait and add wife along now (if possible) or go to canada and apply for dependent for her.

Please advise i am very anxious and scared on what to do now.

IMO, adding now might take another 6 months. safest way is go and apply. but that time you can have your spouse on TRV/Visitor Visa there. This is just my opinion. You can seek help from others too.

Guys what is the chronological order of issuing PPR I mean obviously the PNP Inlands were the first ones to receive it. Now, as far as I understand, mainly the FSW Inlands are getting PPRs so who's next FSW Outlands or PNP Outlands?
