Hi folks,
I was reading the thread of "reasons of rejection" and I get worried about 2 points, I will be grateful if you could assist me
- I read that if you have a degree obtained through distance course and the university who awarded you the degree is in a country different from where you are living, the application might be rejected because you did not submit the PCC of the university's country despite you have never been there (it is my case, however when fulfilling the online application, I mentioned the year I was studying online as living in my home country and I mentioned it was distance course).
- Some applications have been rejected because the PCC was issued before receiving the ITA. Is that true ? In my case my PCC was issued in the 13th Nov, my ITA 4th Dec and my AOR is 8th if January.
Thank you

I am not sure about the answer for your first question.

However, for the second - No, PCC need not be issued after your ITA. They can be issued prior to ITA. Please read the instruction about PCC via this link --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

The only two things regarding PCC you need to keep in mind is -
a) The countries you have lived for 6 or more months, irrespective of being continous or not. You NEED to submit a PCC --> These PCCs' needs to be issued AFTER the last time you have returned from the country.

b) The country in which you are "currently" living --> The PCC issue date needs to be "Within 6 months" from the date of submission of documents for EE .

Hope this partly solves your hesitation :)

Thank you nshakelly ! For the second it is ok, fortunately ! Ouuuf
Hope I get feed back for the first one.
We have almost the same NOC and pattern, I am 1111, my AOR was 08/01, BGC moves to Not started on the 17/01 and to not needed on the 21/04 ! I have ordered GCMS lately hope I will receive them soon so I will see more clearly.

I had the same thing in my application.

Wednesday changed to Not needed and Thursday changed back to Passed.

I think the agent was reviewing something and marked it to review later. Then the agent reviewed and changed the status back to passed. I'm just guessing it's nothing wrong.
My meds will expire in July 2016, maybe they are checking to see if we have enough time to finish the process before medicals expire.
I don't want to do medicals again. Lots of money.

Thanks Buddy for your reply

Best of Luck

Amit

That's awesome :) what did they ask you to submit?

A lot of things
POF
Employment records
Insurance details

is that good?

That's something unique. Didn't you submit bank letter, employment letter in your application. And why insurance details?

I have already submitted all the documents.

That is my question as well, why the second time?

But anyway I have no problem in resending these docs. They have also asked for my company organizational chart.

It is interesting.

Can you elaborate your case Farzad.

Did you submit appointment letter, Salary slips, salary bank account statement etc in support of employment letter.

Also, did you submit six month bank statement apart from bank letter.

I find your case quite strange and unique. I haven't noticed such requirements in the past especially the organization hierarchy chart and Insurance docs.

Ok.

I am AOR April 3. NOC 5125
I have submitted my pay stubs, Company appointment letters, Social security details, 5 month and 27 days bank statements.

and now they have asked for below details:
Compulsory military service card
POF most recent three bank statements (Which I wonder if it is recent three month or recent three bank accounts, which I only have one account)
Organization chart
Social Security Organization
and Companies staff insurance details

and Interestingly, the day after this request I received another mail, saying Background check in Progress.

Please advise me.

They want to be absolutely sure as you have a military background. Nothing to worry.

I think they are talking about three months and not three banks. To make your organisation chart more authentic you can get it signed by the same person you signed your employment letter. For insurance, you can share a copy of Insurance card.

BTW, which country are you from and what is your category- PNP or FSW, Inland or outland
