I don't think it. There are a lot of people from November and December waiting for PPR yet.
Looking at the trend from Nov to Dec, some have got there PPRs under one and half month while some 2 months...

so I xpect dat early jan AORs should start getin PPRs middle/ending mar while late jan AORs should start getting by ending mar/ early apr..

The one and two month approvals are exceptions to the rule and appear to be limited to outland VO's.

I would guess a more realistic time frame for us Jan people to be May/June.

as per cic website, they aim to process applications within 90 days. There obviously will be exceptions but 90 days is still fairly quick

Their aim is 6 months, not 90 days.

Can you link to that? I think you are looking at the PR card processing time, not the actual PR application.

Two separate things.

Is it possible to get PPR or at least RFPR without being asked for schedule A? FSW outland.

.

Yep - schedule A is usually issued if any of your 10 year histories are unclear or if you answered yes to any of the statutory questions.

So if you have a straight forward history and no stat questions answered as yes, you absolutely can expect to get through without a request for it.

I would diagree with 5-6 month expectation, unless the case file has issues, jan people will start seeing PPR in late march and april.
The reason i say that is:
1. Syrian refugee program has closed which was the major reason for delay in sep - dec files.
2. the number of round of ITA's isssued this year means the backlog(for files before express entry) has been cleared and they are ready to speed it up.
3. As Justin Trudeu promised he will increase manpower in PR workforce, which is looking positive since JAN.

SO guys keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

PS - It is just what I believe and anyone with a different view has the right to contradict.

Check this link... when I applied, it told me 90 days, today it's saying they're aiming to process in 39 days. There is a clause that says days vary on a number of factors. When express entry started, they did say 6 months, but now that it's in full flow, I believe they're trying to process applications sooner.

add www dot at the start, for some reason i'm not allowed to post links

Sorry to say but you are looking at the processing time for the actual physical card.

On that link, go to the economic class section, this is the processing time for the express entry PR applications. Still stating 6 months at this stage.

(Sorry!)
