Yep - schedule A is usually issued if any of your 10 year histories are unclear or if you answered yes to any of the statutory questions.

So if you have a straight forward history and no stat questions answered as yes, you absolutely can expect to get through without a request for it.

what a good news! however, as far as I could get from here, those requests are usually gotten soon after aor, right?
What kind of questions were these statutory questions? Don't remember if I answered yes/no

They were the 'have you ever been refused entry to any countries' questions at the end of your application.

You can travel as long as you have a valid document that you are allowed to enter Canada (example: work permit, study permit, etc.)
