2 possible scenarios and only you can confirm which one is the case here.

Either you were asked for transcripts for your Canadian Masters (this is unlikely because transcripts are optional submissions) or you were asked for transcripts for your foreign undergrad degree as you indicated in your EE profile that you did not have an ECA for that (appears likely but not conclusively so).

I actually have a similar question, my spouse had previous undergraduate education for 3 years in another country before coming to Canada for study, however she never graduated from that education and never got an official diploma or degree from the university and after she came to Canada she completed 2 post-secondary diploma/degree thus we claimed the points based on her double canadian degrees. We didn't do any ECA at all for that 3 year foreign education because she never really graduated.

When we r completing the document checklist, there's a transcript section on her check list but not on mine, I felt weird since all our claimed education are Canadian educations, so we just uploaded the Canadian transcript on that section. Will this cause any problems regarding the ECA for my spouse's never-graduated foreign education experience? Thanks ! :)

Did you write the 3 year foreign education under Education History? That may be why they requested for her transcripts as you must have answered No to the ECA question.

Thank you for responding, no we never put that in the education history under study and language, it is only included under personal history section and we selected "in good standing but no diploma awarded" under standing at the end of study period since she came here right after the 3rd year of that study period, and to indicate it is never a completed education period.
Really weird now that I go back and check the app I submitted, there never was a question mark beside the transcript section indicating which one they wanted. I guess their IT department didn't cover this part according to the project requirement maybe.

There is no ECAS for Express Entry anymore - you can only go off the updates on your myCIC account.

How do you know this?
I can't find any information re: eCAS and EE applications.
Thanks.

Sorry, just curious but did your wife claim points for applying under "2 or more degree/diploma etc"? Also, were either of the 2 degree/diploma a 3 year education? I wonder if CIC just wants to ascertain how long did the education last, with the help of the transcripts. But again, that's just my thought and I could be completely wrong.

Yes she did and all of her 2 Canadian degree/diploma are 3 year program in college/university with the second one including some transferred credits from the first education facility. What you said could be true though because she didn't spend 6 years to complete 2 3-year programs.

As per CIC they would try their best to complete your application within 6 months time frame depending upon case to case basis.
That's the best official time frame, it can be less as well

You will be able to find an option in your profile section when you have "I think" 10 posts or more. Since you are new, you can't create a signature.

hey do you have a spreadsheet for jan AOR? can someone share with me please?
