Amit What is wrong in your WES? Date mistake or any thing else

Hello,

My 1st app got refused because i had selected the Wrong Canadian Education Equivalency for my Indian Education..Our WES Report had mention it clearly but somehow i overlooked it and fill in the wrong details by which my points came down hence got refused..

Corrected the same, created a New EE Profile the same day and got a ITA in the next Draw itself

[size=10pt][size=10pt]Hello,

According to one of the seniors who has a good exp .......

Things have slowed down considerably since Nov 2015- refugee crisis plus backlog of higher numbers of EE applications from June 2015 onward are contributing to the overall slower rate of processing. Nothing to do but wait patiently

There are various factors which affect processing time - nationality, family, background verification required etc. Comparing timeline is futile - there are many applicants from Oct and earlier still waiting for a decision.

Under EE, IRCC promises to process most applications within 6 months. That's the best official estimate - everything else is speculation.

Today I got request for FBI PCC. The letter says should be uploaded before 12-APR-2016 but the document check list says upload before 2-Mar-2016. Which one is correct? Has anyone experienced the same?

You're not alone. The CIC upload link's deadline was 1+ month earlier than what was noted in my letter. In the last week or so, the date has shifted by a week (forward). Others have noted this issue as well. We should be good. I suggest you follow this thread for more information -

Hello everyone,

I have received AOR and last week only I quit my job to do a course of 3 months.

Please tell me if I should notify CIC about the same through case specific inquiry.

This is not impacting my points in any way.

Just got an update from CIC
Back ground check changed from "in progress" to "Not needed at this time"

What's next update in general?

It depends on case to case. Mostly if everything is fine then you should expect RFR in one or two months or otherwise Background will go into in Progress again.
