AOR JAN 2016 - let's get together

do you know whether the application will be processed further(Review in Progress), when they have extended date to submit the US PCC. Or is it like they will resume processing only after receiving this document and everything will be on hold?

here is the status:
Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents We need an additional document from the applicant
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not Started
Final decision Not Started

I also got the request for schefule A.
It is for background declaration. Submitted on 1st feb.
Hope all is well in our app.

i think not until the required documents is provided. Also, be mindful of the time frame for submission so it wont led to rejection. you can write cse explaining why you are having a delay before the time lapse

I'm about to switch my job soon and by the time I join my new company, I doubt a decision will be made on my application. In the event, I happen to switch before a decision is made/ while BG check is in progress, how do I communicate CIC about it? Through the profile page or some other mean and I won't be able to meet the employer reference letter requirements as I can't my new employer to issue such letter within a few days time of joining.

No need to inform CIC of anything. You applied based on the points you held on the day you received ITA while still employed in the current position, hence no need to upload any additional documents or notify CIC.

Guys,
I also got the request for schedule A today, question is this request is specifically for PNP's or is it commonly asked for all the applicant's?
 
My background check just changed to "Not needed at this time" - Feb 2, 2016.

Here's my timeline.
ITA- Dec 4th
Application Submitted & AOR - Jan 14th
Medical passed: January 22nd
Background Check: In Progress (Jan 22nd)
Changed back to Not needed at this time - Feb 2nd.

Fingers crossed!

I'm CEC and was asked yesterday also. I think it's to get a signature from you so they get a signed declaration and can access foreign government records if necessary etc. They also asked me about background information for a specific period more than ten years ago...
 
My BG just updated to "Not needed at this time" from "In progress" today.

Here is my status,

Review of eligibility: Review in progress, Jan 15,2016
Review of Medical Results: Passed, Feb 1,2016
Review of Submitted Documents: No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an Interview: Not needed at this time
Background Check: Not needed at this time, Feb 2,2016
Final Decision: Not started
 
Just got the request for Schedule 4/4A and uploaded the same.

Things seem to be moving fast. Fingers crossed.
 
Background Check changed from In Progress to Not needed at this time - Feb 2, 2016

nothing else started yet .

How long does the whole process take ?

A November 3 applicant got PPR today. 2 months. Another 3-4 weeks for visa stamp.

November 3 would be three months processing?

On average most cases are completed in 5-6 months.
 
Dec Applicant also got PPR Request today. So see the below details. Hope we too get it in next 2 weeks
