Submitted what I believe is everything they could want up front (Medical, Paid both fees in advance, Proof of funds (bank statement and bank letter) ECA, CELPIP, Photo, Employer letters x3 for Canada (1 with contract and paystubs the other 2 with tax returns and pay stubs) and 1 employment letter from a foreign employer (Just a letter no pay stubs but I have them now and can email proof of my job should it be required) 3 Police Certificates (Belgium, UK, Ireland), Listed all travel for 10 years (15 plus countries numerous times), My old and new passport and previous work permits, copy of my degrees and transcripts (but just for my MA not my BA), CV, Plus a letter of explanation/intent explaining that I want to move to Ontario and leave Quebec with supporting eveidence (Proof of job search and job applications, letter of resignation to my current Quebec employer referring to PR application, acknowledgement of letter of resignation from employer, Notice on my apartment contract and acknowledgement of my notice from landlord with reference to PR application) Proof of a cousin in Ontario, proof of visiting Ontario (tickets, receipts, emails etc.) proof of rationale for moving there: (Salary/Job searches showing difference in pay, not being fluent in French etc.)
Currently working on implied status pending a BOWP decision
Few Questions:
1.My meds have been set to passed and my background and eligibilty check is in progress and my application is open, final decision not started. I can see all this from the dashboard within the EE online system (Profile details). However if I try using my details to log in to ECAS it doesn't recognise me. I tried with my application number and my UCI. Should I have access to ECAS by now or is it irrelevant as long as I can see it on my dashboard using the GCKey login?
ECAS is redundant in EE as all the info is available in myCIC
2.Also I've applied for a BOWP by paper (November 1st, 2015) and I expect it to opened and reviewed in the next 3-4 weeks. Any idea of the time line for my PR application process to have progressed sufficiently to pass the criteria to receive a BOWP? As in where must it be to qualify for the agent to be able to grant me a BOWP. I sent it in before receiving my ITA but my WP expiring forced me to do it this way.
