AOR JAN 2016 - let's get together

Hi guys, i know we shouldn't hope for day to day communication with CIC, but it's been a week since I submitted the schedule A and the status turned "provided". Since then no news and the status for schedule A hasn't changed either.

Do you guys have more frequent emails from CIC?

Currently
AOR - jan 19
Meds passed - jan 21
Schedule A request - jan 23
Schedule A submitted and status "provided" - jan 24

Nothing since then.

Mine was in mycic but I received an email saying my application was updated.

The Basically try to confirm whatever doubts they have about your application independently.
 
Got a ghost mail today saying my application is updated. But nothing has changed in MyCiC..

This happens, not necessarily if you receive ghost email you would be seeing changes in the application. Happened with me also :)

Ecas is a system to check status of your application. It was operational until about few months back and than they made it redundant for express entry system due to the fact that mycic can be used to track status of the application. Its history now.

Gcms is more like a log book for the assessing officer and it contains details of what has been or is being done to your application. In case your applications processing time goes beyond few months and you wish to know the whereabouts of your file, you can request for a copy.

By the way my background check turned to 'not needed at this time' from 'in progress'.
What could that mean?

I am on implied status and working on my job full, got AOR on 19 Jan, do i need to show any funds in my account??
My representative said i don"t need to....
I just want to confirm??

That's right, you will be assessed under CEC qualifications for your BC PNP, so no need to show funds.
