In the table that lists eligibility in progress, medical not passed or passed, things like that, can you check the one for bkg check and tell me what is written there for you? In both parts of the table. The left and the right part.
For you is it a bkg check is NOT needed? And not started?

It gives you access to the notes that the officer has put on your file.
If you are in canada you can have it for free or with paying money. If you are outside you have to pay 5 dollars for it.
