anyone with the same requirement?im thinking its because i was in the USA when i filed my application, but i dint stay there for upto 6 months, i was there for 2 months?im i meant to do a nigerian one again?or a west indies one again?(i schooled there and provided one before) or is it jst incase i stayed for 6 months in the USA?

Hey @eski, just curious what else does the email contain? Is it asking you to send the original Passports as well or was it just a request to send the Police Certificate?

they asked for passport, two passport photos, updated schedule A, and updated family info form.

Wow congrats and like someone else here said, you will have to send the PCC for US only if you stayed there for 6months or more.

Yes it's still not needed. It was first not started. Then changed to not needed.

my BC never went in progress, just from not started to not needed at this time.

This is a bit strange. They (should) know very well that there is a tremendous delay in obtaining an FBI report (now around 4 months). So, I don't understand why they are asking for this document in a passport request letter. Wouldn't it make more sense to first request the FBI report and then issue the Passport Request letter after receiving the requested document?
