I have a question....yesterday I have been asked to submit PCC from Qatar (I provided proof of submission of application). I have been given 60 days to provide and I hope I should be able to provide before it.

Just wondering what are the consequences if I could not obtain PCC from Qatar within 60 days time frame. The letter has two different statements "provide police clearance upon receipt" and below it says application will be processed if information is not provided in 60 days or application could be refused.

In worst case, don't think it is acceptable to reject application if something is out of control of the applicant. I have swiftly applied for Qatar PCC on 27th Dec after receiving ITA on 18th Dec (this includes various finger print documentation and attestations before submission of the PCC docs+add public holidays during that week).

Any updates in the Application or any change in the status, for anyone you got AOR in January. I got mine on 7th January

My medical was updated to passed today and background check changed to in progress. I didnot receive any email that my profile has been updated though.
Does it take a while to get this email or do you get it right away after the change? I am just worried that they might have a wrong email address on file.
 
Good for you. I got AOR in Jan4, nothing update for me until today. :( :(

My AOR was on January 1. Hopefully you will hear something soon as well!

Just now submitted and received AOR.

2nd Dec - Application Submitted
4th Dec - ITA
14th Jan - Documents Submitted and Payment Made
14th Jan - AOR received.

Eligibility - Review in progress.

No updates since AOR. It is quite early to expect any updates. Relax! ;D

Here is my timeline :

ITA - Dec 18th
AOR - Jan 9th
Review in progress
Medical passed - Jan 11th
Background check in progress - Jan 14th

It seems a bit early to have the background check in progress...
