rajibsam said:Yes may be officers have many case to process. If you were not sure which doc to upload, could have merged both as pdf and uploaded or could have uploaded it under additional documents or could have done it with CSE or could have checked GCMS notes. No one got rejected for uploading extra documents. I dont think CIC has any fault. Everyone does mistake, I could have ordered FBI PCC earlier, but didnt do it. Its better to rectify the mistake rather than putting blame on CIC.
Its good if CIC reopens your file. But to be on safe side and as a backup, create a new profile, upload all the documents and submit it. You will surely get ITA in next draw. If you dont hear anything from CIC within 30 days of CSE, then submit the new ITA and wait for PPR (atleast you will save some time for next ppr).
Wish you all the best!

Can I ask when you BC went into progress please?
Did your BG change to In Progress the first time. If its in "not needed" status from beginning your case might be different. You can directly get PPR without the In Progress change i suppose.INR2CAD07 said:Good to know... best of luck !!
