Please e-mail them asap, they will answer you and send you your notes at once.

In case you have ordered from Visafile.info ask the office about the status of the report email back to him
I got my gcms that ways when I asked him about the status when it was past 30days

Interesting, sounds very similar to me. The only explanation I can think of is that the officer processing our application is the same! Or maybe they are following the same order for completing the checks. Maybe some people like to get all the travel stuff completed at the beginning and move onto the employment letters later. All I can say is that usually when your BG goes to in progress it means that a decision will be made approximately one month later. I paid my RPRF up front so I guess that removes a step in the process. I would imagine you will get RPRF in a couple of weeks. I think the BG check is when they start checking our employment history potentially and is different to the criminality check. Good luck and let me know what happens

I know a FSW Inlander who had a Dec AOR. His BG never changed before he got a final decision in mid April. There seems to be a pattern depending on which programme you apply for. But as you can see, anything can happen!
 
Tuesdays and Thursdays seem to be the most active days for changes to our applications. Lets hope we get some good news today!
 
I've heard the Tuesday and Thursday thing but I've been emailed on Saturdays and Sundays too... so who knows. I think it's best to just forget about this whole thing until they send you a notification and you can have a heart attack about whatever it is you need to update/add/prove or if you're lucky pay a fee and send your passport!
 
I got PPR email!!! I am a CEC inlander (no PNP and no LMIA)

Got the email at 7 AM EST

You're almost hitting 3 month mark. There should be instructions to contact ATIP on the email that you received after submitting your GCMS request.
