One consultant did applications for oinp for 20 + applicants. These persons got nomination. But what happened after this is a tragedy for all nominated,
All the files are sent for integrity check where it was found thatr 20+ applications had same email id and correspondence address. The consultant did not submit the use of a representative form.
All applicants were sent a letter asking if they used a representative or if somebody helped them in application. Ij=nstead of telling truth they said one person helped them to fill application free of cost.
The applicants have been issued PFL for misinformation . They are likely to be banned.
Please be careful if you are going through a consultant

Interesting story. It just prooves, that an applicant is responsible for his application and usage of a consultant would not relieve him from this responsibility. But if he has good contract, he can sue later that consultant.

Nothing will happen. Its difficult to prove consultant was paid. Anyone can help more then 1 person. Nothing much to worry

If someone helped me how will I know that the same person is helping 20. More

you will here diff stories from diff people. no one will tell you real reason for PFL and rejection.

Tell me who will come and say that he is got PFL because of forged documents !!!!

I challenge you, nobody will make 20 similar emaild IDs. Even a kid would not submit documents on same email ID. Absolutely unbelievable sotry

Can we even make 20 same IDs? It is also hard to believe anyone would give someone elses correspondence address.

This type of stories are not to be encouraged because it just create panic for new comers. Especially from those who are not on this forum.

My BG check was in progress all this while.. today it became NA.
Does that means BG check is over?
