My BG check just changed from Not Applicable to "we are processing your BGC. we will send you a message if we need more information"

Yes. Medical hasn't passed yet. AOR: Dec 28, 2016.
We had a newborn this January and his medical was done March 1st in US.

My email to CPC got me a reply from them on March 6 that my application is still at cio for intake.

Received my passport with stamped immigrant visa and two copies of COPR .

Visa issue date - March 8 2017
Valid until - December 28 2017 ( date my medicals expire )

One photograph is attached on COPR and the other is returned .

Thanks to all for valuable support and suggestions right from OINP days to CIC's decision.

DEC 30th AOR date, it took more than two months for this update.
