FOR EVERYONE WITH THIS STATUS


your application is IP. Now instead of BG IP we will call it AIP ( Application in progress) because Final Decision not started changes to AIP.

Previously it was last step of BG change and now it is first step of Final Decision which means the same

So the new BG IP = AIP

Not so sure about this @bestofluck...

I think we are still at same "Not Needed" status....(stage before "In Progress" stage)

What does your background check say now that you've gotten PPR?

Passed is passed

Not need or not applicable is NN

observe the new changes.

BG IP is now AIP. when final decision changes from NS to AIP it is IP which was previously BG IP. Unless you see this the application is NN

Today I got a message on my account that they encourage me to pay RPRF as soon as possible

first thing the message entitled "embassy of canada in france"! what does that mean?

secondly they told me the following " Please confirm that your
payment has been made by responding to this email and attaching a copy of the electronic payment
receipt issued to you "

what is that email they are talking about? I got a notification from IRCC on my email to check my messages on my cic account?

Can any one help?

Most likely they correspond to:

NN
NS
IP

That is actually NS.
Things that are in Progress are NS
Things that are doing something (processing, reviewing...) are In Progress.

Congratulations!

1 your file has moved to Paris VO. They will be proceeding with the further processing of your app.
2. when you make the payment from the link they have given you . After sucessful payment you will be generated with a receipt, reply back to them with the receipt of payment in regards towards your RPRF.
