AOR DEC 31. Medicals haven't changed yet. I called the hospital and they said my results were fine and have been sent to CIC on DEC 25.

The only thing that changed two days after submission was the review of submitted documents which changed to no additional docs needed till now.

Best of luck... Anyone have an idea what the longest time for medicals to change is??

Mine took almost 2 months to pass. FYI, My medical results was uploaded to the database on November 22, 2016 and my AOR was on December 4, 2016.

It takes anywhere between 2 days to 2 months.

Longest time I saw is more then 2.5 months.

You shouldn't pay the processing fees again since IT non refundable, only the RPRF

actually they refunded both fees 1040 CAD and today after they reopened my file the asked for both too

I am also waiting for medicals to change. It's been over a month now. Aor 26 Dec 2016.

under federal skilled worker application fees you can choose to pay for both or one of them

Yes, but now outside the application have you managed to pay both?
 
Just uploaded and submitted the IMM5475 form that IRCC asked me for earlier today and my "review of documents" section changed to "Provided". Background Check also changed from "Not Needed At This Time" to "Not Started".
