There was a question in your pre-application form that whether you have a relative in Canada. If you answer it as 'yes' you do see an entry to upload documents for your relative. In my case, my uncle lives in Canada. I uploaded my family registration form, family registration form from my father's side, PR card of my uncle and bank statements of my uncle.

Thanks Syed! I don't have any ties in Canada - my wife does. I guess IRCC mainly cares about PA's ties not the spouse's.

Yes the PA has to show ties in Canada, if any.

Nomination certificate is not a mandatory document to upload.

IMO oinp just check the relationship as a tie to Ontario. While IRCC wants perfect proof of relationship with official proof of legal docs.

Thanks @bestofluck

yes but they still ask you to show proof of relationship documents even for your spouse (if any relatives have been declared). That was my case.

How long does it take to get RRPF request $490 ?

I noticed few applicants got asked for RPRF just 2-3 days before their PPRs but may be it varies from VO to VO.

My AOR is 7-Dec and there is no sign of RPRF and Background Check is still "Not Started"

Hi!
Does anybody know if it is necessarily that we work in Canada in the NOC that is specified in the certificate of nomination?

Once you land as a Permanent Resident, there is no such restriction. You can pursue any line of work/start a business etc.

Yes there are many who get it along with ppr mail. Nothing to worry. No change is always a good thing.
