Regarding all your questions, I decided to answer all in one post!!

I'm from Mexico (resident and citizen).
My background check is stated still In progress in MyCIC, but I did send additional Police Clearance that was asked from me on tuesday last week.
Local Visa Office is in Mexico City!

I have a question for you, maybe you can help. I've been asked to send complete address in which I intend to live in Canada.
To tell the truth we're not sure yet... What do you recommend for me to answer?

That is strange. This is not usually asked until you land in Canada. Could you please post the section of the document that requests this information?

Or could be documents show your spouse's relationship to relatives declared to have in Canada. Did you mention anything about your spouse having relatives in CA in your application?

This is shown because, you would have answered Yes to Canadian relatives (PR/citizen) question for your spouse. In that case you need to submit some document to show how your spouse is related to the Canadian relative.
