It does not depend on VO. It only depends on your documents, number of applicants, number of jobs, number of countries you have visited etc. ;) ;)
The general time frame is 6 months and we have to consider that.
 
Yes, Finally I received the ITA yesterday, Got the notification from my immigration Lawyer today.
It has mentioned that I should submit my application before 03/01/2017. what does that mean 03 Jan or 01 March?

It Should be March Because after 19t NOV CEC gets additional 1 Month to submit the file.

Hope to see many many eAPR this month. Most of the guys are nominated well before a month. Please update if you have submitted eAPR.
