Hi guys, any guess on when can we expect ppr? Does it depend in Vo?

It does not depend on VO. It only depends on your documents, number of applicants, number of jobs, number of countries you have visited etc.
The general time frame is 6 months and we have to consider that.

It has mentioned that I should submit my application before 03/01/2017. what does that mean 03 Jan or 01 March?

It Should be March Because after 19t NOV CEC gets additional 1 Month to submit the file.

Hi,
I am new in this forum and I am Mexican.
Mexico requires an oficial letter from CIC to request police certificate.

You have to send the police certificate after you apply for permanent resident.

In the checklist we just needed to upload a document with a statement sayin that we need an oficial letter from CIC to request the certificate. That is the letter you received. Now you have to follow the instructions in the CIC website search How to Get a Police Certificate – Mexico
