I have scanned my degree certificate "UoA hereby certify blabla to a BSc...." , my confirmation of graduation letter, as well as the ECA copy and put them all in one PDF file.

Is that enough ?

I have sent transcript.but I don't think it is mandatory.

Anywhere between 40 days to 4+ months. There are people waiting since 8 months also. Each file is unique.

The time depends on the number of people you have in your application, number of PCCs, number of international trips, workload of processing VO and so on

I am a Dec 2015 OINP applicant.

I had received my OINP final decision phase email on 5th Oct, but then OINP asked for more documents on 28th Oct.
Hence, nomination got delayed.

Finally, received my nomination on 24th Dec!!
