I am not sure, but. If your Background check goes into progress then yes.. Within 7-8 days you can expect PPR..

I have the same question as my BG also changed from NA to above today.

I think I am outland rather than inland since you guys also had the status change with similar timelines.

Yes timelines look similar..I am from India and my VO will be Ahmedabad then Delhi and my file is being processed at Sydney,Nova Scotia...wat bout You ?
