Hope so. I sent them request letter with detailed explanation. Mean while i checked Schedule A form with some lawyers, everyone is saying it is correct. Don't know on what basis they said its incomplete.

Hi Jrvasudev, could it be that on their 2nd request, they are requesting other documents than just the Schedule A - such as the documents you've attached on their 1st request.

Yes they had requested and all documents were submitted. Please read rejection reason i posted in my earlier post. that is only because of schedule A form.

Have you sent a CSE? Most rejections based on schedule A are due to gaps or wrong information. Schedule A is not asked from all applications. It is only requested from some, in cases where the information provided is incomplete or where the CIC has some concerns about the information provided.

Once you get the GCMS notes you will be able to pinpoint what exactly is the issue.

Yes i sent CSE in 17th may, now waiting for response. There was not gaps and all details were correct. After marriage i left Canada and came to my Husband in Oman. If i order GCMS notes, it will take time to receive.

The only drawback of not having GCMS is that you won't know what caused the issue in the first place. So it is advisable that you order them, eventually you will receive them. Keep us posted and if you do need any help, feel free to PM me or ask here.
