I've got the AOR in September 3.
All I have so far is:

We received your application for permanent residence on September 3, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 3, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 15, 2015.

And
Medical passed and Background check in progress...
But no documents required...
I'm in Canada already working and I've applied under FSW/EE BC PNP.

Aika,

This is a tricky one, you should post in the main forum to get more replies.

If you apply for a new WP before the current one expired, you can claim worker status until the date when they made a decision on the new application (even if it was rejected).

If this is not the case and If you're from a visa exempt country, perhaps you could claim visitor status. Again, this is a tricky one and I'm not sure on this.

Otherwise, you would have to state that you were out of status, and include a letter explaining that you were preparing to leave and in fact had left within 2 weeks. You could have applied for restoration within 30 days, so I do not think this would be a problem since you stayed less than 30 days. This is a reasonable period for people to move out, you cannot simply drop everything and go to the airport on the day you receive notification, but i don't know how the immigration officers would interpret that.

This is probably a case where it is worth consulting a good lawyer as well.

That's the question we all want to know buddy it varies I saw one person on here bg go in progress and then 2 hours later had ppr and same bg started and a day or 2 later ppr I have no idea I am quietly waiting too

schedule 4/4a is for pnp guys. im lmo based work permit applicant in cec brother.

Scd a is a am additional document be worker it's nothing to do with 4/4a.
Some people have been asked others not it varys it's really just an extra background info I guess to make sure your original match up

Hey was your student/visitor visa denied for canada or any other country ?? I was wondering about schedule A request.

Yes I applied for another work permit for Canada and it was rejected as I did not leave enough time in between the 2.. so that's why I got requested I filled out the form and attached a 2 page explanation of how I was rejected and went wrong. I hope it was enough
