Unfortunately for whatever reasons we are not within the 'most applications'.
I believe the AOR you are referring to is not the automated confirmation email (or the so called 1st AOR) you received when you submit the application. The application is considered complete only when a CIC agent (human) review your application for completeness and mark "R10 OK" in GCMS.
