I will like to Announce few things about the spreadsheet;

It's not locked so anybody can edit, please be responsible while filling your data and make sure you don't change or overwrite anybody else's data, however it will warn you before you input your data or try to change it so please following the following steps once your have entered your data to make sure nobody can change your data;
1. select the cells in row that you have entered your data.
2. click on Data on the upper menu
3. select protected sheets and range
4. Change the permission to can be changed by you only.

In this way everybody can protect their own data and still be able to share with everyone. Please let me know if you have any suggestion about the spreadsheet. Thank you
This is commendable !! Thanks

Hello guys.
I have a question for you.

I have submitted my application on 12th of september and received AOR on 13th. I have not had any update on my profile so far.

I also did not submit my husband's PCC but we submitted all documwnts showing that we will receive it by mid october.
Should I be worried that I haven't had even the meds passed yet???
We both did our meds at the beginning of August.
Is it possible that the delay is because of the incomplete application and they want to reject us??
Do they first check the medicals and then the completeness of application or vice versa???
Has there been anyone who passed medicals and got rejected for incompleteness after passing the medicals??

Yes lots of people have been and also I read of a case where someone got rejected for not supplying a police cert? Why did you submit an incomplete application its probably cost you 1 k for both of you as you don't get that refunded when rejected

I know that. But there have been many cases who have been exactly like us and they all have been passed. Even on our own spreadsheet, there is someone who was asked for PCC after he submitted the application. On CIC website also, it is clearly written that if you provide proof that you have submitted the documents for receiving the pcc, the officer may give you some time. I also asked a few people on these forums who had the same problem and they could manage to pass. Plus it was not mine. It was my husband and he is dependent.
I decided to take the chance. Even if it costs me 1000 dollars.

But you didn't reply my questions.

May I ask you a question.? What is schedule 4?? I see a lot of people were asked for this but I don't know what they are??
It is asked only to PNP Holders and not others. Its basically a consent form where they ask for your consent to share your information with the nominating province.

Thank you.

Do you by any chance know the answer to this question?
I have sent an application which didn't have my dependant's PCC. I have submitted my application on 12th of September. I received AOR on 13th. And so far no update on our medicals. Although we both did our meds in early August.
Do you think that the delay may be because they want to reject us for incompleteness?

The delay is definitly not for this reason. For some medicals get updated late, for some it gets updated early and for some it gets updated with background check directly.

For your second question, I am not sure what happens first. But rejection can happen at any stage...
Y dont u subm,it the PCC when u know its incomplete?

Thank you for your reply.

I asked a lot of people here and they all told me to do this.
There have been many cases who have been exactly like us, and they all have been passed. Even on our own spreadsheet, there is someone who was asked for PCC after he submitted the application.
I checked and on CIC website also, it is clearly written that if you provide proof that you have submitted the documents for receiving the pcc, the officer may give you some time. it was also not mine. It was my husband and he is dependent.

It was for his FBI check. I sent his PCC from channeller, his PCC through the state he is living in. And the receipt of the post office showing that the fingerprints have been sent to FBI on 21st of July.
I explained them all in an explanation letter and told them that we will receive the pcc around mid october. I also waited as much as possible and submitted my application on the last day.

I hope for the best. I had a birthday in between my ITA and submission and my points dropped to 451. If I didn't take this chance I might have lost the chance for ever. Although a few days later they isaued ITA to 450+.

But anyway, I decided to take the chance. Even if it costs me 1000 dollars.
