Guys, we are almost in the same boat.
My AOR is 12 October.
Yesterday night 6 PNP Inland applicants (AOR between 22 October and 31 October) received PPRs.
What is wrong with CIC!

I think most of us are stuck in security being performed by 3rd parties agencies - interpol, etc. So, CIC is waiting for this to complete before move forward. Usually people with gov or military background goes through it. That's my only guess, but it is just a guess...

I am also a BC PNP applicant. It has been 5months+ for me. I did not even have a 2nd background check yet! Don't know how much time it would take for me!

Can you please look at the 1. page of your notes? You'll see a title "Group". What is written over there? Mine is "Secure Outstanding".
I would like to compare it with yours. Especially people who received PPR.

Hi , I have ordered the GMCS Notes twice and for me the Group and Sub Group are blank.

Hey, it said "Secure Outstanding" for me as well and I've passed all the assessment, I'm only waiting for security. I was told 3rd of April but nothing so far. I lived in Hong Kong and Dubai for many years so maybe that's why it's taking so long. I called CIC so many times and every time they say security check is from outside Canada and they can't speed that up. I'm living in Canada for many years and I did provide all the police certificates as well but I still don't know what's taking so long.

I waited so long and then finally someone answered, I explained my situation and the agent said let me check the status and he put me on hold but then guess what the call disconnected!!! WTF??!!
