I felt same way as you. My second 2nd BG was changed to IP back in Nov. and I thought I would get PPR within 1~2 mo. But, no update ever since.

There was another observations that whoever went to the military takes extra time to pass the security.. (can't confirm because there are not enough samples)

The processing speed of PNP Inlander has been gradually slower since Mid 2016.. and wonder what is causing it.
Yes, I can only get to the same conclusion as you guys and I come back daily to this forum to kill time and relieve my anxiety...

Then I ask another question...
After receiving the PPR, are we supposed to send passport-photos (print-outs) as well?
Or do they use our JPEG photos we provided while submitting our application?
Do you know it?
And additionally, besides of passports are there any other documents expected to send?
Finally, how long does it take to get back our passports?

I believe it depends on whether you are from the visa exempt country or not.
However, here is the sample PPR letter.

And you will get it back approximately 2 weeks after you send them.

They ask photos from everybody (visa exempt countries as well). They send the specifications.

You will need to fill out a form with your recent address.

Depending on where you live, getting the package back can be anything between 1-3 weeks I think.
