Question guys !!!

Has anybody seen this pattern like BG goes from Not Started to in progress and then PPR ??

I know the usual instance is as below -:
Not like Not needed at this > Not Started > Not needed at this time > In progress > PPR

I am having the same pattern Not needed at this time > Not Started > Not needed at this time > In progress > PPR. But I have not received PPR yet. Hopefully I will get it soon.

My GCMS Notes say "Ready to Finialize".

My timeline are same as of you .. I got ITA on 27 July too .

Which country are you from ???

Philippines.

Well the visa office definitely makes a big difference in the processing times. But there are other factors also to consider. One of the factors that affects the processing time is the background check. Standard documentation and security & criminality checks are scrutinized. But of course it differs from country to country.

Hi, When did you apply for GCMS? I applied on 21 nov.
One more thing I am on restoration right now. I have applied for visitors visa in restoration (paper application) already. Not sure if it affects PR application.

We have a similar TL, my BKG is not 'in progress' though, you should get PR soon, good luck!

Thanks Mate!!!

Have anyone of you been asked to provide proof of fund again and if you have provided Credit card balance as well at any stage?

I just noticed that my background check went to "in progress" for the second time. Didn't get any CIC emails about that.

Yays I guess? Fingers crossed, let's hope the September PPR train is about to arrive :)

Thanks for sharing your timelines guys.

Sep 15th - AOR
Oct 1st - Medicals passed, BG check in progress (#1)
Nov 2nd - BG check not needed
Dec 16th - BG check in progress (#2)

I guess I'll wait a few days and then request GCMS notes.

My BG check went from In progress (Oct 17) --> Not needed (Dec 15)---> In progress (Dec 16-) for the second time.
What does this mean? :O
