Any PNP applicant got schedule 4 request who applied in September, 2016?

I don't think schedule 4 is mandatory since in eAPR there is a step where we confirm that we will reside in the nominated province. I didn't get schedule 4 request and I already got my CoPR.

There are people in this forum with much better timeline than mine . I'm outland PNP applicant, I really don't know why my application was processed in a short time , I guess by luck . You are right, nobody knows how the applications are processed by CIC.
