She is not the primary applicant, I am the primary applicant. But both of us are in the PR application right ..Even I am not sure about it.

I believe that is required only if you have got PNP under 'Business, entrepreneur or self-employed' streams.

No, I did not receive any of this and I didn't got the nomination under Business stream indeed.

Schedule 4 is requested by all PNPs

For schedule 4a, write a Letter of Explanation (LOE) on a word document addressing CIC and state that schedule 4a is not applicable as you are not a business nomination applicant. Print, sign the letter and scan and upload.

Hi Guys,
My AOR is 15th Sep and on 3rd med passed...this morning my application has been cancelled stating that I have not submitted my ECA.
Actually I had submitted my ECA and it can still be seen in the documents provided.

I have been suggested to re-apply if I wish to.

My question is is there a way i can contact them and tell them that I has already been submitted and there may be an error on their part.

What is contact means e-mail, phone?

Only way to contact them is case specific enquiry (CSE) through link on cic.gc.ca

Only the principal applicant can apply for a BOWP. Your wife for the purposes of the PR application submitted is a dependent and does not qualify. You can read all this at the link below.
