Just received the "ready for visa" e-mail from our immigration helper.
Thanks to everybody who answered my questions and shared his experience with me.

Since I am an atheist, I don't pray for anybody, however I cross my fingers that everybody gets his permanent residency who deserves it.

So I login to MY CIC once a day, and I just did and had an updated thing on my file which later changed to submitted.
I am scared now Don't know what is going to happen.

When you applied for GCMS notes, you must have received an email confirmation with a receipt. At the bottom of the email there will be a line "In case you do not receive the notes within 31 calendar days then reach out to.........."

Send an email to that email address and they will get back to soon. It worked for me they sent me the notes within 2 hours of sending the email.

You cannot call CIC from outside Canada. Instead if you know someone inside Canada give them authority to ask for GCMS notes on your behalf. You will get details of your application status and also it will trigger CIC to open your file.

Actually you can.. Try calling from your google account.. It's a free call to North America.. I called last week and spoke to the cic agent.. And am from India

Hey VixenS - whats the schedule A that you were asked for? We are with LMIA too but we weren't asked for any schedule A and we are still awaiting PPR.

Hello Everyone,

Like many, I have been a silent visitor on this forum for the last three months. The discussions on this forum surely kept me updated with all the information... Like all the forum members, there were times when I visited the page like 10k times a day to see which batch of applicants were receiving the rain....I had decided that I would surely share a post the day I get my PPR!!....Finally I tasted the sweet shower today myself!!!
