Appears so. But don't freak out if you don't see update for a few days. I got ghost email on Jan 25 and received PPR Feb 3rd and I am CEC inland. So it could vary.

Expecting CIC should give some mercy to Inland applicant as well.
Waiting painfully patiently. :-\
Feel like Heart broken.

Guys we need to maintain the List of the member who have already got PPR and for those who are still waiting like September Applicant Thread.

Please check the link in my signature and you can find it all

Looks like Govt / CIC is pushing towards the 50,000 mark for the Syrian refugees :-\ .. we may see more delays for FSW-Inlander most especially :'(- Just speculating here

CIC site now reports 26,000 processed /approved & 21,313 arrived

Congrats man. You are sure to get a PPR this week !

Just to update you guys, I had ordered my GCMS notes on 14th Jan and as per the 100 pages of GCMS notes:
- My file (FSW - Outland, India) is being processed in CPC Ottawa (was transferred from centralized intake office and then assigned to CPC Ottawa as a part of work re-distribution)
- RCMP criminality check was initiated and no traceable records found. Not sure if that means the criminality should be deemed as passed.
- All other things (Education, work experience, eligibility, funds etc) are mentioned as "Met".
- First, the file was updated on 18th (AOR generation), then 20th (Medicals passed) and then on 30th Oct (Change to CPC Ottawa) when they were done with RCMP criminality check.
- Nobody has touched the file since 30th Oct 2015. I think that's because they have diverted their priority to the refugee onboarding.

That's pretty much it, while I had hoped to see something like RFV I have just seen that my file hasn't been touched at least until mid-Jan. Now that the refugee targets are almost done, I'm hoping that they resume the ordinary FSW applications as well..

That's how it goes for most of us (who are not lucky to get quick PPRs). Even mine is with New Delhi VO since 1st week of NOV and the file has not been touched.
You will get more idea on how the file is processed by :-

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/fsw/index.asp?v=post

Check the "PROCESSING" sub-heading in this page. You will be able to co-relate it to your GCMS notes.

Hi Chiyakam,

We have similar timelines and almost same stuff in GCMS notes.
What is the due date mentioned on page 2 of the notes.
For me it is 20th Dec 2016.

Thanks
