Two days ago, I found that in MyCIC account > View Submitted application > Continue > at the document upload placeholder page, they have enabled a option to upload something in Documents Overdue - Letter Of Explanation section and time limit to upload is 15 days as pp submission time limit (they gave me 15 days to submit passports). Also Additional Documents status is showing Actions are required from the applicant.

I got PPR and sent my passport to Accra, Ghana and Embassy received my pp yesterday.

Can someone who got PPR confirm me, please? is it same for you also??

I got the same request and was attended to immediately. You are requested to inform CIC of any changes in your marital status or family composition (check your ready for visa correspondence to confirm this) . The letter of explanation is simply to explain if there are changes in your family configuration or not and ensure you also upload your updated family information (IMM008 form) with the letter of explanation.
