Hi Guys, I got a question: my PNP nomination is expiring next month. If I do not get PPR by next month, does it mean I will be kicked out by EE? I got AOR in October 2015... my PNP is only valid for around 5 months...

If you have applied for PR you don't have to worry about the expiration date of the PNP nomination. As per PNP, you have to "apply" for PR before the expiration date of the nomination. Accordingly, you are fine.

However, if your PR application was rejected, you can not use the expired nomination, and you will have to apply again for PNP.

It works for some people and some people just don't get these emails.
I never received ghost email.

yes , but recent trend is ghost email ( no longer ghost ,, call her as Angel email) comes first then you go and see your MyCIC ,, it says updated ,,, then next day or other PPR ....

It could vary. I guess I received one ghost email on Jan 25th - PPR came on Feb 3.
