Guys.. I got an email from the VO asking me to send an updated copy of our passports along with Height & Eye Color details.. and its my responsibility to assure they get them ASAP..

What does that mean? indication of what?

Time to party! ;D its RFV.. saw it in some SACanada forum.. in some places like SA they seem to ask for this height/eye colour etc along with passport. Congratulations!!! ... erm let somebody else also confirm its RFV - dont beat me I am just telling you from what i read on SAcanada forum

Hi Guys, my employer got a call yesterday from CIC to verify my employment. My employer told the CIC agent that I am working as Electrical QC Tech but my actual title is Electrical Engg Tech. Will this cause an issue. Kindly let me know your thought pls

shouldn't be an issue, you are working there genuinely and one word in designation wont impact u, relax and hope for the best.

???? How am i suppose to send them?

maybe its best to call vo and ask. i think those guys there filled info in some form and sent it.

They dont answer.. tried long time ago and they refused to exchange any info over the phone..!!

I would like to help you more but you see that forum hasn't accepted my request to join yet, hence i cant ask those people direct questions.

Anyway I wonder if you can send a physical copy of passport by courier/or simply hand deliver it. Also reply to email?!

Hopefully somebody with RFV who knows more will reply to you soon.
Meanwhile my VO lays eggs on my application. : sigh.

Any chance you are from a visa-exempt country?

Were you also asked to submit 50x70 mm photos? If so, then pretty sure you have to send them by courier.

No I need visa for Canada.. Well.. I have only two options, Email and Courier.. so here is what ive done..

Prepared LoE with all requested details, + clear colored copy of all passports + copy of their email ---> then send by both Email and Courier..

I dont think there is any other way but to go in person and hand them over..!!
