Please I have one question and will be glad if you can provide quick response. I want to find out if proof of fund in accompanying spouse name with LOE is acceptable for express entry application. The proof of fund is an investment in Treasury Bills. Your comment please

If spouse is accompanying in application as well as landing, yes that is acceptable.

PR Approved in application details but when I click on status and messages till BG in progress and final desicion not made.

our Immigration Helper told us that our review of eligibility is still in progress. Is there anybody here with the same status and nothing changed since AOR? Does anybody know if there has anybody received PPR with review of eligibility "in progress" till the end? Thanks for the help!

As far as I know, eligibility stays "in progress" til the end of your process. Mine is, and I believe everyone else's, too, as long as they have an active post-ITA application.

But the other steps should change after a while, even if ROE is in progress, eh?

Yep, though they can stay the same for months and then change quickly one after another.

Seems I am the only one whose BG check is still 'Not Started' even after 3.5 months of submitting the application

Alright, that calms me a little bit down. Thanks a lot. I was just wondering "what are they checking the eligibility for more than 3 months now, without any progress". Maybe they just fill not those steps in the system, even if they have already worked through.
