Hey guys. Please help.
It was my understanding that once cic decides to send you ppr they send you a message through mycic account. At the same time an email comes to your email address saying you have a new message in mycic.

I just got an email with subject READY FOR VISA from CPC OTTAWA with instructions but their no update or message in MYCIC account.
Just trying to decide authenticity of this email since their is no change on mycic account. Can't call CIC right now since it's past their telephone hours for today.

By the way I am PNP- INLAND

Took me a while to believe but yes I finall got PPR request today
I haven't been this happy since past 1.5 months when my application got stuck at background stage.
Exactly 2 days before my 5 month. This group has been amazingly helpful. Although a silent reader, it helped me relieve my stress levels when I follow this forum. Hopefully everyone gets their PPR soon.

My timeline is as follow:

PNP- INLAND
A.o.r- October 10th, 2016
Medical Passed: Oct 26th
Add doc req: Oct 27th (CELPIP certificate)
Bkg check not in progress in December
Bkg check 2nd: Jan 23rd, 2017
PPR: March 8th, 2017
