Does CIC send email late night? I thought they only worked from 9am to 5 pm.

Order a GCMS notes causes any delay in processing?
I am PNP inland and ordered GCMS few days back.. haven't recieved GCMS and PPR either.. AOR: 20 October

I double checked for you. It sent at 21:45 GMT - 05:00. And it had been sent to my representative's. He forwarded to me within 5 mins after he got it.
