Hi, Guys!

I think I messed it all up! Please, I need your counsel!

When I submitted my eAPR in October, I do not know why but I thought that PCC was only for countries that I had lived in in the last 10 years. I just found out in another thread that it is for countries I have lived since I was 18.

I am from Europe, and I lived in another European country for over six months, but it was 15 years ago, that is why I did not ask for PCC for that country. Since it is inside EU I did not need visa or passport to live there, so there are no records.

Would it rise any red flags of miss representation or would my application be rejected if I send it now? What should I do? Please Help!!!

If they figure out you lived there they might refuse your application. If you have the certificate raise a CSE and send it along with explanation of your situation. I think you shouldn't send anything before you have the document

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have spent six or more months since the age of 18.

You do not need to worry

In my understanding OP was at least 18 years old when he lived in a country for more than 6 months where he didn't get a PCC from. In this case it's a real and serious issue.

Thank you, guys. Do you think my application would be rejected or become suspicious of missrepresentation if I raise a CSE now?

That's the problem... I lived there when I was 22. Now I am 36, so it was over 10 years ago, but still after I was 18. Nothing about appears in my eAPR nor in the documents I submitted.

I thought PCC was only for countries you have spent 6 months in the last 10 years. Big mistake! Would it be a cause for rejection to raise a CSE now?

okay then it is your misinterpretation. now you dont have any other go. you just send a cse and upload it because for PCC i dont think they will ask you as documents request.

I think you should raise CSE only if you can attach the PCC already. Otherwise you just give them a reason to refuse. They refused many people because of missing PCC...

I wouldn't worry about misrepresentation if you explain you misunderstood the 10 year rule and now you try to fix it.

Thank you so much, guys! I will follow your counsel.
I have ordered PCC for that country, file a case and cross fingers. I hope they realize I am just stupid and not trying to hide anything.

Not including a document is not misrepresentation, however if they discover that a PCC is missing then they will absolutely refuse your application sice you included no explanation for its absence in your application. There's probably only a slim chance of the coming across he info though as you would not have needed to declare this address in your personal history since it goes back further than 10 years and there are no stamps in your passport. Keep your fingers crossed. Good luck

I got my AOR on the 12th of October and there has been zero movement on my application since then. Not great for the Christmas spirit.

When did you get the request?

Yes I had the same request. Uploaded Schedule 4.

My Medicals passed on 14/11 and today again it changed today to "Review In Process". Has anyone noted this behavior or what could be the reason? Any thoughts please?
As a note I am Inland and applied for my family as well (Spouse & Kids)
